Associate Attorney Judith Wiederhorn focuses on employment litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations, as well as administrative agencies. Ms. Wiederhorn has significant exposure in complex wage and hour matters, including class action prosecution. She also practices in the areas of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace; wrongful termination, unfair competition; and whistle-blowing.

Ms. Wiederhorn graduated in the top one-third of her class from Loyola Law School and received the highest grade in her class in Public Interest Law and Appellate Advocacy. Prior to and during law school, Ms. Wiederhorn was a research associate at a national non-profit foundation headquartered in Santa Monica, California, where she researched K-12 education and authored numerous articles and reports on her findings. During that time, she also worked as a consultant to an expert economic witness and testified in federal court.

Ms. Wiederhorn is a member of the State Bar of California, licensed to practice in all state courts and the Central District federal courts. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
